Executive & Team Coaching

The Coaching Centre (TCC) was created in response to meet our Client’s strategic agenda; their feedback was that retention and development of key staff was a ‘Top 5’ strategic business priority.

So TCC was born, with initial focus on Executive Development, which grew into Team Coaching, Team Workshops, Training, and Assessment. Our Consultants are trained by the American CTI  programme for Coaches, and graduate after a year of training and workshops, as certified ICF coaches.

Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching focuses mostly on the professional development of the individual, through one-on-one coaching. The overall goal is enabling a significant “movement” for the executive, from where the Individual is performing today, towards a place where the individual wants to be in future.

Specific agreed goals are put in place at the commencement of the Coaching period, which may be 6 months, 12 months, or longer. Executive development may incorporate any or all of the following;

  • A holistic review of the individual’s Values, Behaviours, Competencies, and likely reactions to stress.
  • Professional and personal development; “Everything affects everything”.
  • Developing strengths to new levels.
  • Shoring up perceived competencies or character shortcomings.

TTC has conducted numerous workshops and seminars for businesses and government, and has built considerable resource material and expertise in the following subject areas:

  • Culture and Values: 1 day and 2 day workshops that discover,  articulate and re-energise an organisation’s true essence
  • Small Business Workshops
  • Troubleshooting Workshops: breaking down barriers between two different cultures, between management and executives, examining non-performance and breakdown in trust.
